The Brebbia horseshoe style pipe nail has a couple of distinct advantages over
the standard model. First, it's a bit heavier, which allows you to use
the weight of the nail to tamp, without having to apply pressure, which
can make for a harder draw. They also have a slimmer "spoon", which will
make it easier to get at stubborn scraps in the chamber and also to get
down into the tobacco, if you need to loosen things up.
