Specifically designed for use with the standard Falcon pipes, these
rings drop into the metal base underneath the bowl. They help to absorb
moisture and keep it from running up the shank.
I’m not a big fan of dry rings personally, but it does what it says on the tin so if you’re smoking a very moist tobacco I don’t think they’re entirely necessary.
