This pipe smoked sweet from its first smoke, and has only gotten better. Also sweet was the fantastic Customer Service I received from Jeff regarding this order. It's refreshing finding someone that reminds me of the knowledgable pipe salesmen that populated brick and mortar pipe shops of the past. This is that pipe shop and Jeff is that person. Very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. I highly recommend this Peterson Pipe, but I recommend this pipe shop even more!
