One of the finest English blends available. A perfect amount of latakia gives this blend its signature smoke. The flavor of the other leaf isnt overpowered by the latakia so you still enjoy the virginia. The overall blend is perfect with each leaf identifiable but working in unison for a perfect English. There is another flavor but it’s not from the leaf. Who knows but its perfect.

It took years before I finally threw a tin of Maltese falcon in my order as an afterthought, I had heard how great it was but many "greats" have missed the mark for me. This one though, this one is special.... like extremely special. One of the best lat smokes I've ever had

This tobacco is rather mild and boring. The "mysterious spice" ingredient is noticeable but adds nothing to the tobacco. I tried this a few years ago and made similar notes. I shoiuld have taken note of my original comments.

This tin did not last very long . Was happily puffing away day and night and enjoying it more and more. Put a pinch of Mac Baren,s Vanilla Flake on top when lightning giving a creamy flavor.Will buy a bigger tin next time.
