Somewhat mild and a great scent!

Has a nice scent to it taste very light , and no aftertaste or smell which is what I like !

This blend took a bit to explore in different pipes, turns out it's best in a seasoned briar or pear wood pipe,(tried in a corn cob, loses most of the creaminess) smokes very creamy and smooth. Leaves the pipe a little wet but worth it.

This is probably my favourite bulk aromatic (i.e. a non-tinned variety). It is cavendish-based so has quite a bit of moisture present when straight out of the packet. After some drying out it packs and burns well without any goop in the pipe, while also slightly losing the aroma intensity. Cherry and vanilla are about half-half, but are neither overpowering nor too sweet. In fact most of the sweetness probably comes from the cavendish. Leaves a nice powdery ash, no bitter overtones. A very pleasant light aromatic that competes on equal terms with Danish or German blends, without the chemical agents of the tinned blends.

I am actually not a pipe smoker. I use a little rolling machine and tubes with filters. I just prefer the taste of pipe tobacco. I accidentally walked into where my elderly mother was sitting with one still burning and she said oh that smells nice, like standing under your father's old cherry tree. I tried the aromatic sampler and found this is one of the nicest for rolling. It doesn't stick and it isn't chunky like some. Captain black gold has been my go to but this rolls much nicer and is not overpowering flavour. Makes my man cave smell nice too
