I took up pipe smoking in 1973. My tobacco of choice was Balkan Sobranie. I've tried a number of tobaccos after it was discontinued, but have never found one that matched the quality of Balkan Sobranie. For the past few years I've been smoking Pirate Kake by Cornell & Diehl. What can I say? It's nowhere near the quality of BS, but I find it enjoyable. I gave it two stars, but I'd judge it to be 2 1/2.
