A very rich, sweet, fully flavored blend. The main feature is the high proportion of naturally sweet sun-cured tobaccos, over 40% and only 30% Virginia leaf. The rest of the blend comes from Burleys. The whole blend is cased in maple sugars to further enhance the natural sweetness of the sun cured leaf and then rounded off with a dash of rum. A strong, but rewarding smoke.
A beautiful Xmas cake tobacco, best taken slowly. Is at least mid-strength and comes moist, so can be dried a little. Wonderful room note. Highly recommended.
