Im a relatively new pipesmoker (about 6 months) and wanted to start with some cavendish at first. But after browsing around tobaccoreviews.com stumbled upon Orlik and felt the urge to experiment with flakes, and ordered a 50g. can. Kind of realised whilst smoking my first bowl that this was probably how a GREAT bowl should taste like. Smoth from the very start, after about half the bowl there is enhanced taste of nuts, but smoth all the way down. I've done some experementing with folding, but have decided I like rubbing better for an even smoother taste. Even though I sometimes fold, depending on mood =) Funny thing, I've only managed to get it really right with one of my pipes but I guess that's just me being novice =) Still experimenting with brands and flavours, but a can of Orlik is always included in my orders, and probably will be for a long time. If you, like me, like your tobaccos kind of mild but want some power behind. I'd recommend Orlik Golden Sliced every day of the year.
