The 3 packages took a few weeks to be delivered. I tried the Norwegan tobacco; it was a bit harsh, so I won't buy it again. I haven't tried the other two, including the Virginia tobacco.
The charge by the Canadian post office was $80 cdn. not counting tha U.S> cost of the tobacco itself. That's a huge cost. The last time I ordered, some years ago, there was no such charge. I assume was Canadian duty. I did, however, get more tobacco than I would have gotten here in Canada.
