Missouri Meerschaum: DIPLOMAT - FIFTH AVENUE - STRAIGHT STEM

I am brand new to smoking a pipe. I chose to order my first pipes from 4Noggins.
I smoked my first pipe on a Sunday morning and one of the pipes was cracked from where the stem goes into the bowl all the way to the bottom of the bowl.
I reported this using the email contact option. Within minutes, on a Sunday morning, they contacted me and assured me that a new pipe was being sent out ASAP andsuggested that I toss the cracked pipe in the trash.
I intend to buy all of my pipes, accessories and tobacco from 4Noggins from here on out based solely upon this master level customer service.

I can't find a single bad thing to say about the Diplomat 5th Avenue. This matches the quality of my other MM's & has a hardwood plug in the bottom. My favorite cob has been the General but wanted a shorter length for the bowl without compromising a good lengthy smoke. It's easy to clinch,draw is perfect and looks good with the Danish bit. The only thing to improve it is stretch a rubber tip on the end of it and you are set. I could have spent a lot more for a briar but I doubt I'd be as happy as I am with this cob,it smokes amazing ! I am also very pleased with 4 knoggins,service was fast,they even threw in some pipe cleaners with my order, awesome ! I'll be back!!!

Man this Is a wonderful size cob. I like long full smokes and this really fits the bill. And I love that cobs can take a lickin and keep on tickin. This fills my needs very well.
