The tobacco itself seems fine, as it always is. It just seems that when I used to order from 4Noggins, the little coins of tobacco came packed more neatly into stacks, and from there into their plastic bag. Now everything is more jumbled, and there seems a lot more broken flake in the bag. Especially when buying 8 ounces at once, the presentation should matter a bit more.
