Peterson: 3P's PERFECT PLUG 50g

Not a huge fan it's meh

I thought about getting this for a long time before finally getting it. Glad I did and intend to always have some on hand. The tin is classy, gold and green. Definitely exudes Irish. The plug is hard and dark. I used my Swiss Army knife to shave off a bunch of pieces about 1cm by 1cm. It resembles a kind of wax as you cut it. Let those dry then rub them out into rough pieces. Let those dry a further 15 minutes and then rubbed them out quite finely. The smell was awesome. Definitely fruity, like raisins or dates. Packed a bowl about 3/4 full and enjoyed every minute. Way smoother than expected. Highly recommended.

i love Peterson flakes, so I decided to try this. Another great tobacco from Peterson. Very strong in flavor and in nicotine. Not cased enough to be an aromatic, it just comes through every once in a while. Sort of like petersons university, only more nicotine, and a citrus taste, more than plumb. You will have to cut it yourself, but that's the fun right? Great ppl here at 4noggins, will def order again!

True to the Irish tradition this plug is very lightly cased with a fruit topping. The Virginia's seem very light and add a bit of sweetness. The Burley adds a creamy nuttiness. I enjoy reading the tin and thinking of all the different countries I'm smoking from at the same time. The topping also adds a bit of fun because it shows itself at odd times throughout the bowl. The nicotine is medium but felt strongly because one bowl is quite dense even when rubbed out. The smoke is very creamy and light to the palate and tongue so long as you don't let the bowl get too hot. Pure perfection and bliss for those that enjoy a lighter style Virginia/ Burley.
