Wellllll, guys (and possibly gals) What to say about this fine blend? If you are smoking anything but this don't throw it away because you might need it for a reference.By that I mean you may want to go back to it from time to time and smoke a bowlful or two of that also-ran blend to really appreciate how good this tobacco is by comparison with whatever you are now smoking.As far as taste and smokability there are very few Virginia/Carolina blends if any that can top this blend.Simply a fact. It has a lovely room note and packs well after a little judicious drying and a rub out. Great early morning smoke(especially with a Dark Roast Cajun-French coffee as an accompinment)Great all day smoke as well.Only one downside factor - availibility. Buy a bunch as the British manufacturer is a bit stingy with the supply. Other than that a near perfect smoke. Addotto (The Piper at the Gates of Dawn)

Wow! Listen, I'll keep it simple. This is super high quality tobacco. A terrific smoking experience. All the five star reviews are true. If you're poking around wanting to try a pure Virginia, and are on the fence about one or two of them - go with this one. Major, pure and simply total goodness. Not an every day for me - this is more of a delicacy for special bowls. It's that good. Great stuff. Knocked my socks off, and puts quite a few of my favorites to shame. A terrific smoking experience. 5 Stars. A+

This is going to be my favorite tobacco. I've been searching for years for a good, delightful well balanced pipe tobacco without the need to enhance or adding flavours; and here it is-! It's easy to smoke, well rounded, with a pleasant, balanced background sweetness and fine spicy notes of fruit and soft pepper. I deem this a top-quality tobacco, one that should be tried out by all beginners and seasoned pipesmokers as well. I can't imagine anybody who'd dislike it. It is not overly strong nor is it too light, but a very nice medium strength, wonderful tasting/smelling top quality tobacco. TRY IT.......!-
