This is a great pipe! Elegant, puffs great, smooth draw and easy to clean.

I lost all of my pipes (about 10). The Dr. Grabow is a simple, basic pipe to get me going while I contemplate rebuilding the collection. It’s also an excellent choice for beginners who don’t want to spend too much before they know whether they’ll enjoy pipe smoking or not. Normally I’m not a fan of pipe filters, but they’re useful in this case: I don’t have to worry about building up a cake, or how good the briar areas at wicking away the moisture; the filter takes care of that and reduces tongue bite.

I thought by the name Grand Duke, it would be a larger pipe. I was quite surprised to see how small it is. After using it, I love it. It’s a great little pipe. I was wanting a smaller pocket pipe to daily carry and I found it.
